Weird that they announced this for PS5 but refused to reveal anything else for it
Isn't it the only new game with a release date? For other game that are further out in the future they can keep pretending they intend them to be exclusives.

Anyway, from Doom being multiplataform we can deduce that any future game made by Bethesda and ABK will also be multiplataform just like I called years ago when they bought Bethesda. Xbox and even Gamepass as a platforms were always way too small to support Bethesda not to mention Activision or Blizzard games. Xbox execs are so incompetent that I actually think they only figured out this along the way.

Xbox fans were always, as always were dead wrong in thinking the like of TES6, Fallout, CoD, etc, were not going to be releasing on PlayStation. MS isn't doing it because a judge told them to do, they are doing it because it's the only way they'll have a shot at ever seeing their money back.

That's true, but I want to see Starfield (and any other new IPs) announced for PS5 already so Xbots lose every last shred of hope. I don't even want to play Shitfield. I just want their dreams of console dominance to be dashed against the rocks.

I wouldn't give Starfield more than a year before releasing on PlayStation, at this point it's only a matter of getting the port done and them managing backlash.

Any game releasing after 2025 we'll be day one on PlayStation, the difference in install base will become ridiculous after PS5 Pro has one year in the market with GTA6 releasing while Xbox is betting on a $600 Xbox Series X.

Just like with Sony and PC ports, no Xbox game that isn't in the later stages of development is being made without been seen as PS5/Xbox/PC game internally.

looks really mediocre, just another meat grinder.

Doom 3 was peak. reboot also pretty good.
