    Yup refurbished items are units that have been swapped under warranty and repaired. Basically you get a Sony tested used PS5 for 350 with warranty AND factory tested. That's a good deal. Better then buying one off Craigslist which turns out to be jammed with dust (like I encountered)

    I found the issue regarding the FPS. Whatever you do, don't change your power plan to prevent heating up. For me this was the whole reason the game choked. Set CPU min 100% and max 100% went back into the game and the fps jumped from 45 to 75. Im good!

    Game looks great but for some reason my fps locks to 40-45 no matter whats settings I use. Driving me nuts. Specs are way above recommended and other games run way over 60fps...
