Magazines reserves went from 6 to 3, nothing to do with damage.

I would still use them though. I rarely, very rarely get close to running out of bullets with the sickle with my playstyle. To be honest, I think it's fair somehow. 5sec extra is also manageable you just need to run around more before you shoot, good to meet your daily cardio target.

The Quasar Cannon is my new meta after playing Railgun since day one. One shot to the head for Chargers, 2 shots to the head for Bile Titans, and 1 shot to the head of hulks or 2 front body shots, and I think around 2-3 shots for the tank. You need to master it. Shreiker nest is always just throw it and move on to the next mission then mid way you get the message of accomplishment. I use it daily.
