Amazon Games Opening First Development Studio in Europe

Amazon Games announced it is opening its first new development studio in Europe, based in Bucharest, to support its portfolio.

According to a new official blog, Amazon Games has announced it is opening a development studio in Bucharest, Romania, which marks its first expansion into Europe.

Previously, Amazon Games already had studios in Montreal, San Diego, Orange County, and Seattle.

VP of Amazon Games Christoph Hartmann said the Bucharest studio was a “natural next step for us as we tackle our broad portfolio.” The new dev studio will support Amazon Games’ portfolio “now and in the future.”

Ehhh I wouldn't want just Japanese companies western companies and devs in gaming development have done alot and without them I probably wouldn't game as much. Talking specifically development.

amazon wants to join the platform wars, and big tech companies are all greedy, no exceptions... they don't give two shits about art
