Valve has got to team up with an OEM for top tier cooling. It's the only area where they're are glaringly behind the Ally. Incrementally better chipsets are gonna keep popping up, so you can't be surprised there's a handheld that outperforms the Deck. But Ally's cooling system required engineering chops that Valve might not have in house.
