As I have warned around in May of this year, all SIE published PS2 Classics are getting new versions.
The first game to get one was SIREN this month, which first got delisted from the PS5 store, and then later from the whole PSN. (Now It's only streamable from PS+ Premium)
The same exact thing is now happening with Ape Escape 2, which has been delisted from the PS5 store, and will soon be delisted from the PSN store as a whole.
All previous owners get the upgrade to the new version for free.
(Keep in mind, this screenshot has been made from the EU region, it may not be delisted everywhere as of right now, but soon will be)
