• Assassin's Creed Shadows was just properly revealed by Ubisoft with a CGI trailer that was followed by pre-orders going live.
• Shadows being available for purchase has revealed that it'll need an internet connection for installation, even if you have a physical copy of the game.
• Another massive 2024 Ubisoft game, Star Wars: Outlaws, has the same requirement, which was received about as well as you'd think.

Requiring an online install is just as bad IMO. If this was MP - of course! But for SP, this type of practice makes the game an automatic no go for me. I just wont support any game that does this for the future of gaming.
