I'm already getting cross save with 1 account between my console (itx PC running Steam), my laptop (running Steam), my cloud (GeForce now running Steam), and my handheld (Steam Deck).
Yes you have to upload it to Larian servers.
I don't see how Steam would read your PSN cloud saves?
But I have to create a Larian account? Is that optional?
I don't need Steam reading my PSN saves at all.
On PC it's optional, you can disable cloud save in the option. We'll see on PS5.
