I feel like this is going to be a topic.
First of all, I feel like the stutter topic on pc is kinda overblown. I've seen some pc streams of this and stutters did not seem to be noticeable.
I had some horrible stuttering on pc in Dead Space Remake and some UE games but usually it's nothing extraordinary.
2nd - I am playing on ps5 and thought of having to deal with anything else than just playing the game, is my consoles preference in recent years.
Not that most of these problems can't be dealt with on pcgaming wiki or modded... but ... why.

edit: Personally I still kinda think that RT is overrated. Lumen proves that exactly. Raster techniques (so tricks without se of RT hardware) work and got us to this point without real ray tracing. Sure, the reflections are way sharper and so on with real RT but we had sharp reflections in games 20 years ago so I think devs really could do it if they wanted to. Also - the only real issue I have with ps5 version in quality mode so far is the upscaling artifacts. The image breakup can be pretty bad. Maybe ps5 pro pssr will be patched in to help

edit2: The RT off option on pc is kinda broken and looks worse than quality mode on ps5. Very dark. Interesting

I should say it is ridiculous instead overblown.
Games should not strutter at all in any platform.

But for PCMR everything if fine… all the issues they have is like “overblown” 🤷🏻‍♂️

If I played a game like that on PS5 I should say it was very rushed and released before devs worked to polish it.
