I'm not impressed at all today.

The new season is meant to start to today at exactly 6pm. Blizzard also release a patch that you need to dl at the same time the season goes live.

No preload, the patch is gigantic.

It's almost 4 hours later, and I am still downloading the patch needed to play.

Then, I posted on their main forums complaining about it, and they deleted my post within 10 seconds without explanation.

Can one of the developers explain to me why they thought it would be a good idea to roll out a 10+ gig patch exactly at the time the season was meant to go live?

Why was there no preload? How can you make such a fundamental error like this?

You have had a whole month to prepare for this, its really like you never ever learn from even the most basic of mistakes.

I have been waiting for 2 hours now, and the DL has slowed to a crawl, so it still needs another 2 hours to complete.

Believe it or not we play our hours around schedules,

I can not tell you how disappointed I am with the way this has been handled.

Also to the moderator, stop deleting valid criticism of posts you don't like.
