I can't believe this game still gets hate from time to time. It's gold for all the reasons mentioned. The lore is DEEP, even if you just stick to the FFXIII storyline. Many of the characters are incredibly memorable, and their designs are iconic. Graphics were mind-blowing at the time and they still hold up well today. Battle system was a blast and could be somewhat challenging in a few end-game fights. And the OST is honestly in my top 5 FF soundtracks.
