All big partners can give feedback and it'll be taken under consideration by the hardware team, but that's going to be happening later, although not too far away at this point.
This is especially true of those are the cutting edge of graphical rendering.
Considering Kojima Productions uses Decima, that's a double whammy with Guerilla.

Every gen they start working on next gen hardware slightly before release or upon release of current gen. Thts always been the case.

Pretty sure Sony constantly consults with all their major partners for input into hardware iterations

But helping design it? Nah .. that's like saying the software people know better than the hardware people where hardware should be going. Yes those things go hand in hand, but the hardware people do know what they are doing.

BTW Sony ask all key developers about the hardware… remember that PS4 had 4GB RAM but due decelopers feedback Sony upped to 8GB near the final announcement.
* The move was only possible because Micron had released 2Gb chips so they just swap 1Gb for 2Gb… no motherboard or PCB change.

Ps6 isn’t releasing before 2028 I think so there’s time for this game to release this gen.
Kojima Productions will start full production on it after the Death Stranding 2 release, meaning almost 2 years before the next gen release. So unless they have support studios already working on it since years ago yes, it's going to be next gen game (who knows if crossgen).
Are they going to provide Sony feeback and suggestions for PS6? Yes, Sony -via Cerny- always asked their 1st and 2nd party teams, plus select 3rd party publishers about it for all their home and portable consoles before, so pretty likely will do the same with PS6.

Kojima said it won't start development until after DS2 ships. Pretty much wont start developing until late 2025 or early 2026, probably wont even be cross gen with PS5 if wont release until 2030. Assuming PS6 is launching in 2028 Sony will probably be done with cross gen games by 2030. This is all speculation ofcourse.
