Sounds like the game is basically done or not being worked on much anymore if that post is true. I really think this project was misguided. SH2 is one of the all time PS (or gaming in general) classics. It didn't need to be remade by a mediocre team. Just make the original PS2 title perfectly playable and release on the digital store.

Who knows where it's at but maybe it just means they didn't have the new build ready and are still working diligently on it.
