Hogwarts Legacy is back at the top of the UK physical charts following its release on Nintendo Switch, plus Black Friday discounting, pushing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 to second place.
Black Friday deals have boosted sales for several titles, including EA Sports FC 24 at No.3, which benefited from a 115% sales boost from being part of a PS5 bundle.

The same goes for Assassin's Creed Mirage, which has moved from No.10 to No.8 following a 165% rise in sales. Gran Turismo 7 and Forspoken also re-entered the charts at No.15 and No.16, respectively, due to being bundled with the PS5.

Meanwhile, three new titles debuted in the UK boxed charts this week. Super Mario RPG at No.6, followed by Bluey: The Video Game at No.7, while Persona 5 Tactica came in at No.34.

Elsewhere, retailer promotions saw games such as The Last Of Us Part 1, Spider-Man: Miles Morales, and Resident Evil 4 re-enter the Top 40. Other titles, including Minecraft Legends, Final Fantasy 16, The Crew Motorfest, and Lego 2K Drive, also

benefited heavily from price reductions.

Speaking of ff16, it deserved better lol. Its a great game even with some of its flaws.
FF16 is number 21 and Persona 5 Tactica is number 34. What a flop. Going multiplatform really helped 🤡

I think that game deserved a spot in GOTY at the place of Alan Wake 2… the rest of the list is fine (yeap Xbots talk about Starfield but there are so many games better than it to be in the nominations).

Do you guys think it is out due politics?

Ohhh the reviews are not that bad…. two 8/10 and one 7/10.

“Even if it were left as it is, Bluey: The Videogame is a step above every other game built with children playing their very first video game that I’ve played with my son to date. The Peppa Pig games are great, the Paw Patrol ones are okay, but much like when you compare the shows, what Bluey has to offer on the video game front is comfortably superior. The show is for adults and kids alike, but the short runtime and minor bugs mean the game is far more catered to the little ones - but as one of the best of its kind, it’s pretty wackadoo.”

“If your child is a Bluey fan, they are going to absolutely adore Bluey: The Videogame – it’s as simple as that. An art style that matches the cartoon and the use of original voice actors make this an authentic experience, with simple and well-considered gameplay that’s enjoyable for players of any age. Yes, this is an experience aimed at the youngest players – but even as adults, we’ve had some fun with this. It’s a game you’re going to be more than happy to play with your kids, let’s put it that way.”

“For Bluey fans it’s a no-brainer, and my kid enjoyed it immensely. It never does anything particularly memorable or of the same quality as the show and it is very short, but it’s a great sandbox for kids to explore and replay, and it achieves something wonderful in capturing the ‘feel’ of the show.”

I’m really thinking in buy it.

Ouhhh a Bluey game.
Both my kids loves the show.

BTW 😂😂😂

They would literally try anything to sell these things.

Now, I know they are selling in the US at 400 dollars but that is a significant discount. It's not a statement of outright demand....

Eh talking about funny.

I've seen a story post by a retail manager Potato stock inventory. It goes like this.

Back in 2022 Philly shipped a lot of Potato to some retailers when they charted the Potato about 1:4 compared to the PS5, so back then they though the Potato was selling well, turned out it is the PS5 that was sacared, and we was on the bottom list of the priority, lower than US, UK, and some European countries(thanks Jimbo).

When Jimbo fixed the stock issues, all the sudden Potato sold worse than PS4. Those inventory are still stucked there till these days. I think 200k across the country. Some call US retailers to see if they wants to buy back but they refused, saying that the transportation fee is not worth it.

So 200K Potato and Sex still docked here, that is why they haven't put out an update revision yet, despite Sony put out like three of them already.

I definitely believe it, supply chain stuffing has always been a part of what Microsoft do in the console space.

They are giving away free Series S with Virgin broadband contracts here...loads of other places doing the same.

Christmas 2021 and last year the amount of Series S consoles stuffed into retail was insane.

In 2021, the Toys R Us at my local mall had them piled all along one side of a 10-foot counter in their electronics department, four deep and three systems high.

In 2022, the GameStop in the same mall built an igloo out of them. Not empty demo boxes, but live systems because they had no room in the back for the amount of systems MS had forced on them.

I’d honestly be surprised if 3/4 of them weren’t still there this holiday season!

I hope either devs grew balls and exclude the Potato from the pool or Sony bankrolls those devs so they won't release on green base.

In Australia they gave a series s console free every hour for a month with this doritos promotion.

The series S is always on discount but nobody ever buys it
