Firefly Studios has trademarked the next installment in the Stronghold series, The Dark Ages. A trademark filed in the UK revealed the name of the game but nothing else.
The trademark application was filed on April 8th and is currently in the “Examination” stage.
Currently, Firefly Studios is focused on post-launch content for
Stronghold: Definitive Edition that came out late last year. The game released to an overwhelming positive reception which seems to have triggered the studios interest in creating another Stronghold title.
