I found it funny to be fair and I wonder if the editor/writter really thought it was the real Norman Reedus.
The story is about an Norman's interview about some accident that happened in the set of The Walking Dead.
In not place the news talks about games or Death Stranding.

But the editor/writter used the Sam Potter picture:
