Lame reasons not to do the movie, wish he was given the green light.

The first resident evil movie was decent enough, good production value for the most part as I remember.
But the sequels..... wow they were bad.

If they had George Romero on it, I think they could have been set up for more consistent quality. They probably wouldn't have just let anyone make a sequel and absolutely butcher it.

I agree the first one was not that bad a few bits here and there i didn't like but overall enjoyable.
The second one was "Ok" then all the ones after.... Yeah not so good.
I believe the guy that made most/all of them was/is Milla Jovovich Husband who later went on to make Monster Hunter Movie that released in 2020 but then again he did make a some Classics also - Event Horizon (1997) - Mortal Kombat (1995)
