Having 30fps or 60fps mode is not a issue btw... it is option... PC indeed have more options.
Issues are shutters, crashes, bugs, glitches, etc etc etc...

Said that the quote was about the guy saying consoles are the best test for the PC version.
I replied saying it will be fun when the PC port launches with more issues than PS5 version.
That is what most Rockstar PC ports have at launch on PC... more issues than on consoles.

So how that translate to consoles being the beta tester for PC when PC end having more issues? The guy just make a bullshit claim and you guys are here replying to the poster that corrected him.

As DF said, it’s basically a 30fps-locked game deep in its core due to RT-reflections on default, and possibly advanced RAGE interactions.
