I'm on two minds on this one.

- We don't need more consolidation of IPs and Studios.
- Hasbro has been fumbling the bag when it comes to D&D, especially in video games.

As for if this story having any validity...
Hasbro has been hemorrhaging money, and I could see them selling the video game rights or at least being in talks with other publishers.
