A group of modders have successfully created a Star Wars mod for Helldivers 2, and it'll be available to everyone soon.

Modder ToastedShoes and his team have successfully built a mod that turns the game into the Clone Wars. The mod includes B1-series battle droids, B2-series super battle droids, Automatons remade as Separatist Droids, and more.

Are they also visible on PS? If yes, Sony should quickly do something against it and enforce the PSN linking immediately to avoid hackers and modders to ruin the game for everyone.

Why does sony have to shut it down lol, star wars is not their IP and people still have to buy the game to use this mod. Disney will be having a fit due to this, Sony doesn't have to be the villain shutting it down let Disney be the bad guy

Helldivers is their IP though. Sony will need to shutdown it down cause they are selling Armour, capes, Helmets and Warbonds.

This will kill it as it’s a GaaS game.

If it was a single player game like Last of Us or God of War then there is no issue.

Disney also can sue Sony for allowing it on their game without Disney permission. either way, Sony has to deal with it.

OH I know, always wanted the Zelda one for DarkSouls too. Just looking at the Pic (didn't go into the vid) looks cool to be since I like Star Wars.

Also there are massive total conversions for the game. It's not a matter of just adding skins.

What do you mean? Dark Souls got it's push because Demon Souls was localized to PS3 and thts when it's popularity took off and ppl started knowing about it. Every Souls/Borne since has sold more than the previous.

The only mods I know of on DS were when pigs broke the game when they invaded, changed the parameters of enemies, and planted cheat items in the host's inventory, which got the host banned.

The only way to get the ban lifted is to write a letter to FS explaining the situation and asking them to delete the character's data.

What do you mean? Dark Souls got it's push because Demon Souls was localized to PS3 and thts when it's popularity took off and ppl started knowing about it. Every Souls/Borne since has sold more than the previous.

It kick-started the series but the big leap in popularity took place when bandai banco took a gamble and released dark souls prepare to die on PC in 2011. The port was downright terrible

But the game exploded on YouTube then and the rest is history.
