It would be much easier to ignore though, since it would have less impact on PlayStation.Even if MS stops making consoles, their games are still competing with all the other publishers games, so the press control and propaganda are never going to stop...
Some on here who started making threads about steam reviews minutes after the game went live, which gets pushed out to Twitter and then reactionary articles get madeVGC has always been trashy, especially when it comes to Playstation.
Like who makes an article just quoting shitty reactionary steam reviews?
Against the POOR PEOPLE who can't afford to PAY to WIN the pve!!Pay to win against who? Rofl
Yeah people act like Battle Passes themselves are bad but they're not. It has always been the monetization and FOMO aspects that undermine what is in reality a fairly decent progression system for in-game items. Each time you complete missions they give you medals that you use to unlock 'Battle Pass' items. Such items are mostly cosmetics, currency to get the premium 'Battle Pass' (which is smaller than the free one) cheaper and weapons. Some armors have some stats that gives each armor minor differences vs the ones you get for free when starting the game, but not a big deal.
On top of that, the game is PVE, not PVP. There aren't competitive matches to 'win'.
In addition to this, they won't remove the battle passes: they will keep adding new ones but you'll be able to take years to complete a battle pass if you wish, or if you need to play way more because you suck. There's no FOMO related in the Battle Pass, so you can take your time with it.
There are bigger fish to fry than Xbox turfers whose activity will be diminished upon the death of Xbox hardware. Say like what platform this game is being associated with as a focal point of hardcore gamer discussion, and the conditioning that such association creates. I have to laugh these days at the priorities in play. The fact that such issue is not being noticed by the sheeple is of course expected (everything flies right by them), but those who understand and chose to keep their mouth shut for various reasons is also something to marvel at. The ball is definitely in motion, and there is only one way this ends, whether it takes 7 years or 15 years. There is crossover tho... beyond just publishing, as PC is a Microsoft preferred platform. If there is anything I've been able to surmise of the early stages of what's to come in the console/PC platform war is that it's going to be as insidious and nasty as the PS/Xbox war. Appeasement is certainly a huge bad start. You first have to realize you're in a "war" in the first place sort of speak.Even if MS stops making consoles, their games are still competing with all the other publishers games, so the press control and propaganda are never going to stop...
