It's fun but definitely not Genshin levels of attraction plus as of right now there's not much to do in terms of story you catch up quick to what they've released yeah there's little in-between events but those hold attention for maybe a week and then you're done. Also since all the maps are small and linear you have less attraction to staying on it for long. Genshin on the other hand has quite a bit of meat in between updates such as solving puzzles, searching for statue upgrades etc. Currently across all platforms there are over 25 million active players for Honkai while Genshin Impact has over 63 million. I tried searching for just single platforms and there's no such information currently. That's not bad, but am I wrong in thinkinig that the game is vastly less popular then Genshin Impact ?
It's turn based which makes it much easier to play on mobile, less incentive to play on consoleThat's not bad, but am I wrong in thinkinig that the game is vastly less popular then Genshin Impact ?
That's better than I thought, really. Obviously, it would be very hard to match the ridicolous success of Genshin Impact, but it seems that HSR is doing quite well for itself. I understand what you're saying aboutthe limited content that HSR has at the moment, but I don't think that explains the relatively low percentage of PS5 player, considering that I'm sure the number in OT count every single person that have downloaded the game, as briefly as they could have played afterCurrently across all platforms there are over 25 million active players for Honkai while Genshin Impact has over 63 million.
