If they said it would require a PSN account I think Sony did it the right way. It just doesn't make sense that they knew that yet sold it in places where people can't officially make a PSN account.

The mystery why a PSN account is so offensive to them yet a R* account that requires a different launcher is fine remains.

It seems that they are saying it was an admin error that lead to them selling it in regions they were not supposed to.

i just can't wait til sony releases their own launcher, every game they release on Steam moving forward will be this drama
