Shuhei Yoshida isn't given nearly enough credit, specially if compared to that clown Phil.

He was there since the start of PlayStation making key decisions, was the executive backing and getting Mark Cerny involved all along, lead the turn around in internal development for Sony during the PS3 gen, actually has a great track record producing games and now is doing a great job at PlayStation Indies.
