Well, their CM was also wrong about 2nd party, but it's normal/understandable. Also, back in 2017 pretty likely the CM or even Insomniac didn't know that Sony was going to port the game to PC several years later.

But the CM must know if the game they are going to release soon is coop or not. Not only that, to reveal unannounced stuff from the game in Twitter must be greenlighted by the higher ups.

CMs, like the rest of the team, can't talk about unannounced stuff because it's confidential.
