Some of you may or may not know that I trained and competed in ITF Taekwon-do. Having returned to training fairly recently, I wanted to highlight the world championships that is being held in Tampere, Fimland this week.
We have 2 people representing Ireland from my club and many others from another club close-by that I used to also visit and train at when I could.

The Irish team has already won a very respectable haul of medals, particularly in sparring.
It's a fantastic event and I hope some people will look for live streams or highlights if they can, when they have time.
