Jez Cordez: State of Decay 3 Is Coming Along ‘Very, Very Well’

It's been a rough week for Xbox following multiple studio closures decided by Microsoft and the severe blowback from fans and fellow developers alike, not to mention reports of Perfect Dark having a rough time, but a new rumor suggests State of Decay 3, at least, might be coming along well.

During the newest Xbox Two podcast, Jez mentioned in response to Jeff Grubb's Perfect Dark information that he has heard State of Decay 3 is actually coming along very very well, opposite to the news out of The Initiative.

I am not going to lie, State of Decay 1 felt so bad for me back then that I didn't even give 2 a chance and I'm still probably going to feel the same about 3, I may need to just wait for it to actually be playable first, may watch it, and then come to another conclusion.

He also said crackdown 3 was going to be great and bravo about the graphics and destruction. He also claimed Sony had bought exclusive for metal gear solid 3 remake, bg3, oxenfree 2 and none of that turned out to be true. He also claimed blizzard open world survival game was coming along great and it would be shown this yr at the Xbox showcase with a possible release date then it was cancelled and report reports said the game was in development hell and still 4-5yrs away from release. He also said the ps5 had an over heating issue before launch and he had zero sources then later back track saying another journalist had told him that and that journalist said he never had a source either and he never told jez he did.
