It seems like this story kinda flew under the radar. This was debate as to whether the faces repeating those weird lines in the OD trailer at the game awards was CGI or live action. It turns out Kojima himself confirmed it was just a live action testing, not actual game footage. It was the actors ‘rehearsing’ more or less for what they would be doing in the game.
