it isn't. Mafia, Mafia 2 is better. Mafia 3 had like great first 2h and then dropped the ball.
Mafia remake was great. Really enjoyed it four years ago when it launched. Mafia II two generations ago was really good as well. Mafia III was great story/character, world, locale, music and voice acting wise but the combat/gameplay while satisfying due to the brutality of it wasn't that good, the gameplay loop of have to decrease the status of each region in order to fight the boss and advance the story, side content was mediocre at best and worst of all, the game shouldn't have been open world. It just wasn't needed. If it wasn't for the story/characters/writing, I wouldn't have made it through Mafia III.
Mafia's a great game.Remake's excellent, minus some changed story elements.

This isn’t newsworthy. Any old game being listed on a rental service isn’t. That’s like caring that Batman 89 is on Hulu this month or something.

Xbots shouting like this is incredible and only chance they had to play this game. Fine game that can be bought notably chesper than a month of gamepass on sale. The whole point of the service is day 1 games. Are they now pivoting to say a back catalogue would be awesome even though they
