If you look at today's layoff announcements and think, that is the end of the bad news for professionals in the industry, you're very wrong.

Microsoft has the leading role in A.I. for a reason and they will be using that position to replace the majority of their workforce over time.

This is the horrible future of gaming under Microsoft. They view gaming as a disposable product and the way they make games has and will reflect that even more as technology allows.
