I'm glad they're doing perpetual rights for a lump sum. We don't need another GTA IV situation.

Everyone thinks they should be heavily rewarded for the success of a game that makes a lot of money.
It's one song.
People worked on this game for years, why does this guy think he should have an exorbitant return on something he wasn't involved in making?
If anything the game would help bring more exposure to his music. If you're not interesting in the amount, say no thank you and move on.

If they gonna pay more than that for every music, that alone will be equal to a budget of an entire game.
