Some interesting looking titles there. Must look into them and where each is available beyond Steam... Or when.

Romancing SaGa 2 is phenomenal please don't overlook it yall
This is the first time in a while SaGa has had a game with a budget. Romancing SaGa 2 was already a really good game, but this remake has so many quality of life improvements and is a lot more clear about all its systems so it's easier to learn and get into.

Romancing SaGa 2 is a game with permadeath; each character has LP (life points) and their LP goes down every time they fall in combat. If they run out of LP, they die permanently. You are a king in a kingdom, and even you can be permadeathed. But fear not; if you die, you just wind up playing your son or the next in line for the throne. The game has some town building and kingdom growth mechanics. For example, you can spend hundreds on thousands on weapons and armor research that will result in new things being sold in the shops in town.

Beyond that, otherwise it's a traditional turn based rpg with not 4 party members, but 5. Other unique aspects are that it borrows a lot from Final Fanfasy II. Your stats increase depending on what you do in battle. You dont level up, you get stat increases from performing corresponding actions. Not only that, but your skill with a weapon type or spell type will improve the more you use that particular weapon or spell, resulting in it being more powerful and it being easier to learn new skills

Rather than just an Attack button for standard attacks and a Magic button for magic, you get different skills that you learn just from regular battle. Fighting enemies stronger than you increases the likelihood of learning a new ability during battle, and different weapon types come with different abilities you can learn.
Games new orchestral OST is wonderful, but if you ever get bored or wanna hear the original OST, you can toggle it for that classic SNES goodness
