I really love the film, it's a masterpiece. I managed to play some of this game at a friends house, I think on an xbox 360?

I think it needs to be, to be fair Nightdive are a really good studio so fingers crossed for fans of it.

I'm ALL in for that, especially if they REMAKE it.
But, I'd be careful with Nightdive Studios. While they are a third-party darling, they have made some odd design choices/make controversy with some of their releases.

More like a third person (NOT over the shoulder), survival-horror game. But very jank controls and AI companions.
Kinda like Extermination, and similar PS2 era games.
