Psvr2 is amazing. I've being playing for hours never got sick.
I don't know if it's due to my experience with psvr1, which got me sick most of the time or the psvr2 is just better

Just better and the better resolution. I use to get sick bad on certain games with Psvr1 with 2 I'm fine while playing but when I get off I get this residual light headedness but it's something I've been experiencing during the last few years with or without VR.

You stress cervical muscles while VR. It might be it. Probably already weak muscle even if you are a big muscle guy.
