PS+ "Extra" Fallout 4 owners will get the PS5 upgrade

It has been on sale for ages for like 5-9$ That's how i got it as i had a feeling the PS+ copy would not have counted as it rarely does.
So those unlucky few should have got it on sale and saved 15$ for the upgrade.

To be fair, it's not just MS. If I remember correctly, most Plus games don't have a free upgrade, even if the upgrade is free for people who bought the game.

i own the full game myself, have so for years, but i do think its a bit of a shitty practise, especially if the update is meant to be free.
Isn't it on sale right now for $5? They gave away that game so much throughout the years, that's the maximum it's worth.

I'm reading the comments elsewhere and people are very quick to blame Sony and PS+ instead of Bethesda.

Fallout 4's 'next gen' update is nearly 16 gigs, breaks modded saves, and doesn't seem to change much at all
We were expecting problems with mod support, but there are a lot of other issues.
