It's relative to how much R&D was spent to make the pro and the profit margins.

Apparently it was selling better than the slim at some point.

*of note sales data ends at 2020 because Sony stopped selling Pros after 2020.

PS4 was at 47.4m when Pro launched.
That gives 57.9m shipped after that.

If these data are true then it is around 24.5% of sales where Pro consoles that are inline with what we know from Shu.

PS4 Pro R&D is way cheaper than PS4 R&D… I mean you already have made the full R&D for the platform (hardware and software) and now you are just upgrading some hardware parts.

Pro R&D should be a finger of original PS4.

BTW it sold more than PS4 Slim released few months early.

Yeah, the PRO was great, I got mine on launch and it felt like it cleared some of the kinks of the OG... Gave me a reason to buy a 4K TV and in general it allowed me to enjoy my games more.

With the money I got for my OG PS4 it cost me almost nothing.

I was one of them. It was a decent machine but held back by the jaguar cpu. I'm glad that the ps5 has a significantly beefier cpu this time around, UI+ gameplay feeling much snappier makes it much less noticeable when transitioning between pc and console.

Why should we trust that random and annonymous internet user who says that without providing any source? To said it sold 3 consoles has the same credibility.
