PUBG could've been great if it had been in the hands of a less incompetent dev team.
I completely quit early on when I realized how limited they were, they just happened to have great timing and a guy with a really good idea and sense for a new multiplayer mode (PlayerUnknown/Brendan Greene, that before that was working with SOE right before Sony decided to give up and sell them

Not the type of game I would ever play on console, it had terrible optimization on PC too.
Still one of the most played games in Steam, has a >500K Steam CCU 24h peak (640K peak this weekend).WOW this game still exists
