They definitely are. Their strategy has been a losing one since day one with the hopes they buy most of the industry and end up with no competition but thts not how this will end.
If GamePass revenue is around 4 billion annually (and thats being generous), and they're willing to spend $250m on a single title like Suicide Squad, then I definitely don't believe it's profitable at all. Especially since they also have to pay royalties per hour played.
