Ask most gamers which Rockstar game they're excited for and the answer will probably be GTA VI. Ask someone cool, however, and they'll tell you it's Red Dead Redemption 3.

As I'm sure you've probably heard by now, Red Dead Redemption 3 is coming at some point. Probably not a huge surprise, given Red Dead Redemption 2 is one of the most popular games ever made, but nice to know all the same

Speaking with the Jefferies Virtual Global Interactive Entertainment Conference last year (via VGC), Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnick compared his company’s major franchises - including Red Dead Redemption and Grand Theft Auto - to James Bond, in that they’ll just keep going forever.

Zelnick did stress that we'll be in for a long wait for the next Red Dead, however. Considering GTA VI is still a few years away at least, that's not too shocking.

"It also requires you to be thoughtful and willing to rest the titles, so you have a sense of, 'wow, this is a rare event,'" Zelnick explained. "I've always said that annualizing non-sports titles runs the risk of burning out the intellectual property, even if it's good. So we take the time to make something we think is incredibly phenomenal, and we also rest titles intentionally so that there's pent-up demand for that title, so it's a special event."

It's a hugely ambitious bit of work, and were Rockstar to actually use something like this for inspiration, let's just say it'd take a long old time to travel from one end of the map to the other. But, you know, for now let's maybe just focus on GTA VI.

I think Rockstar games are not appealing to me anymore. Probably due to open world fatigue + the focus on GaaS/MP.

Sounds like a fake made up bullshit rumor.

Where is the source of Rockstar saying that RDR3 map will include Mexico and South America?

In fact, where is the source of RDR3 announcing that they are working on RDR3?

As far as we know RDR3 is not even in development.

This thread shouldn't exist, or at least should include a big RUMOR in the title and specify that there is absolutely no reliable source behind this claims other than annonymous random internet users making random claims.

Remember in the past we have thread like mgs4, project beast/bloodborne, the last guardian, nordic god of war, demon souls remake, resident evil village talks ( which all of that turns out to be true)

What if we close every discusion about those hypotethical story just because we dont feel theres nothing need to believe in it

Sucks all the fun doesnt it
