The launch of Redfall on Xbox Series X | S and PC has not been the most successful, precisely. Arkane's new cooperative shooter has been released generating a lot of controversy due to its status and a drop in quality compared to other studio titles.

The wave of criticism has formed a tsunami that has swept away any hope of a comeback. Redfall is already suffering from having launched underperforming much like games like The Last of Us Part 1 on PC or Star Wars Jedi Survivor .

Proof that its premiere is not the best is the player count on platforms as popular as Steam. In just 24 hours, Redfall has lost more than half of its players on Steam...

Redfall begins to lose players and audience

Also, if you check the reviews (of which a large majority are negative), many users point out that they have already returned the game. Almost 80% of the critics assure that the return has already been requested.

And Twitch audiences also point to the loss of interest in the game among streamers and viewers. The fall has been abysmal since the afternoon of May 2, approximately.

The game has gone from a peak Twitch view of 70,000 to just 5,000. Also, Steam players don't exceed 1,500 . Although it is true that the game is available on Xbox Game Pass and that may affect.

Be that as it may, the bad grades and evaluations by the press and players have stoned this title. Redfall's vampires have never been in shape, despite the fact that its premise is attractive. Have you given the game a chance or is it not worth it?

This is a bad flop.

Luckily, this is a stacked year for Xbox with such hits like hifi (a good game, abandoned), Redfall and erm...starfield?

3rd time lucky on a good game?

The Steam database needs several days to properly process the information, so I suggest to ignore the steamdb info during a week or so to make any analysis.
