A full rig with the RX6800 will be close to the PS5 Pro, with a better CPU and much more RAM. The RX6800 is predictably faster at rasterization than the PS5 Pro's GPU as well.
On the other hand, the PS5 Pro will have better raytracing performance, PSSR allows for better upscaling (meaning lower base resolution and performance for similar IQ) and of course there's much lesser hassle in not having to build and setup the whole thing.
I believe things are going to change drastically in Q1 2025, though.
At that point AMD will be launching cutdown Navi 48 variants for 400€ that have even higher raster performance than the RX6800, AI-driven FSR4, the same RT performance upgrades as the PS5 Pro and much higher bandwidth. Intel is also going to launch Battlemage cards within that price range
Come February 2025, all things point to the PC market being able to provide ~800€ builds that offer much better performance than the PS5 Pro with identical featureset, without having to pay monthly subscriptions for online gaming, much cheaper videogame prices and obviously all the flexibility with user generated mods.
At that point the non-subsidized PS5 Pro might become somewhat of a meme, unless Sony brings down its price accordingly. The only thing holding that console will be Sony's 1st party exclusive games, whose exclusivity window before getting a PC port seems to be shortening for every new release.
