Call of Duty League teams have filed a lawsuit against Activision over the CDL’s “monopoly” on the esports scene.

CoD’s most popular player and OpTic’s owner respectively in Scump and H3CZ, filed a lawsuit on February 15, 2024 against Call of Duty publisher Activision.
The suit alleges Activision holds an “unlawful monopoly” over the CoD esports scene, and has ‘wielded’ its power to “prohibit” growth in an “anticompetitive” nature.
