I always here how Linux is great for gaming but I'm not a big PC head so I vaguely know about the subject.
PCVR and online games are the main problem right now for me, I was pretty much Linux only but once I bought a Quest 2 and started to play Helldivers 2 I had to go back to windows.
Helldivers 2 was pretty much unplayable on Linux on release, don't know how it is now.

I loved Ubuntu a lot before, but man many apps don't have linux alternatives which is discouraging.
