I want them to go into cartel territory or something that feels like Far Cry. Something like Far Cry 2, 3, or 4.

I got Far Cry 5 on sale around the time I got the Steam Deck, and I was honestly surprised how much fun I had with it. None of these games have been full-blown stinkers. All of them are at least 7-8/10 quality, with 3 being The One. Even on low settings with performance issues, I wound up playing well beyond 5's intro roller coaster sequence. If these games had split screen coop (including on PC), it would fill an interesting niche.
