After announcing layoffs last month due to a cancelled game, the developer of Rime, (League of Legend, were part of Riot Forge) Song of Nunu, Gylt (was a 2nd party Stadia game), Deadlight or Sexy Brutale now filled for bankrupcy and their owners/board of directors resigned.
Similar to what happened to other studios, apparently their main investor (Tencent in this case) moved away and the studio heads struggled to quickly find another investor to replace them. They are still working trying to find a new investor who could help them to continue.
Now the company will be handled by who previously was their COO.
