A developer at Tango Gameworks has revealed that the studio was working on at least 2 unannounced titles before the studio’s closure.

The information comes courtesy of Tsuyoshi Okugawa’s LinkedIn page, which was first spotted by Twitter user @bogorad222. According to his LinkedIn page, he was working on two unannounced titles.

“Unannounced Title Graphics Programmer 2024” and “Unannounced Title Lead Programmer 2023-2024”, his LinkedIn profile reads.

One of these titles is almost certainly the Ghostwire: Tokyo sequel that was leaked during the Microsoft x Activision FTC hearing, which leaked that the game would be released during FY24. As for the second game, it’s highly speculated that it would be a sequel to Hi-Fi Rush.

To be fair to MS, these would most likely end up being another two flops. MS created an extremely bad environment for any dev working under them.

Ninja Theory, Double Fine, Undead Labs, inXile, Compulsion Games, those are all going to be shut down.

Obsidian is the only one that stands a chance if they are put to work on Fallout after Avowed flops.

Imagine it was TEW3….Fucking Microsoft. I’ll keep hoping for their downfall. Despise this company for closing Tango

Ninja Theory can’t be feeling safe just because they are already working on the next game.
