For some context: TF2's community has started its second movement to get Valve's attention to fix the bot problem that has been plaguing the game for 5 years.
Unfortunately (or maybe it's even better), the game didn't include a casino with bets on cosmetic items and prices that would reach hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Valve makes so much money off of Counterstrike's loot boxes, and the themes/avatars/emojis built into Steam.
I've seen users spend upwards of $500 "collecting" themes.
I'm part of the problem as I usually spend $5.00 each major sale buying those cards to get a level 1 or level 2 badge for my profile... lol
Which reminds me... Playstation Stars has none of that (technically., and outsiders were freaking out about it's implementation.
