Great news! There was some rumors they are doing an exclusive with Microsoft so at least they're safe from them.

Majority shareholder, basically means they own it. They do have to buy the remaining shares for it to be a full subsidiary though, if they want that.
Better Tencent than Microsoft.

Tencent already owns a 30% of Larian, is funding one of Remedy's live-service games, has funded Platinum Games' entire live-service initiative spearheaded by their newly established Tokyo studio, and has a minority stake in FromSoftware.
So I don't think Sony would be acquiring any of those anytime soon.
I would prefer Microsoft over any company with Ties to the CCP
The usual fearmongering about the CCP as if Microsoft and their ties with the US military and government is so much better.
