The Elder Scrolls Online: Gold Road, the next major expansion for Bethesda Softworks‘ MMORPG, will launch for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One on June 18, 2024, ZeniMax Online Studios has announced.
The Gold Road will see a new Daedric Prince walking Tamriel in the form of Ithelia, who is now forgotten by even her most devout followers. Players will also be able to explore a brand new location in the form of the West Weald, which fans of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion will recognise, which is threatened by encroaching Valenwood jungle and Daedric incursions.
Beyond this, The Gold Road introduces a new Scribing system that allows you to customise your play style by collecting skills and modifying their effects and functionality. In addition, the Lucent Citadel, a new 12-person trial, sees players tackling world events and bosses, with new delves and public dungeons coughing up unique in-game rewards.
The Elder Scrolls Online: Gold Road is due out on June 18 for PlayStation and Xbox consoles.
