Like i've said in other thread, they are using Nintendo Direct as distraction for bad Xbox news?
I think it’s to officially let word out while HiFi Rush, Pentiment and cloud version of Sea of Thieves is shown for Switch in Nintendo’s show.

It makes sense that HiFi Rush and Pentiment will be announced for Switch and then Phil & Friends will explain that more games are coming to Switch and Playstation so get used to it.

The xbox podcast was thrown together over the weekend and was planned for spring.
The Nintendo Direct has been planned for ages.
If it has any mention of Microsoft games it will only indicate who truly awful MS were going to communicate this. Ie letting people see hi fi rush on switch then talk about it a couple of months later.
I wouldn't put it past them, but it seems highly unlikely
